I want to move house, so does my little sister. My dad has no problem with it its just my mum that won’t give in! I keep telling her how much I would like to move, i basically point out all the positives of moving. I’ve even offered to help pay for the move, yet she still says no. Got any tips? Thankyou

I own a moving company and I feel bad sometimes that they work very hard and the people will not tip them. Most clients I communicate via email with so how can I politely ask them to tip, or possibly when giving them a quote. What is the best ways. I do moves from USA to Mexico and Mexico to the USA, so these are not very easy moves, I think they at least deserve a $20 tip but we have had some give a $200 tip. Thanks!
